Healthy Raspberry Popsicles 

These popsicles are dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, refined-sugar-free and they only take about 5 mins of prep time! These are our #1 recipe for guilt-free summer treats. 


  • 125g fresh raspberries, washed

  • 1 medium banana 

  • 125ml almond milk 

  • 1 tbsp brown rice syrup 

  • Popsicle moulds


  1. First thing's first, peel the banana. 

  2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. 

  3. Fill the popsicle moulds with the mixture and freeze overnight. 

  4. Enjoy once frozen!
