We are big fans of Avocado at KINN HQ, we love it on our toast, in a salad, on pizza (yes it's a thing!) and we even love to use avocado oil in our certified organic body care. When we saw our over at Kitchen With Cumbers post this delicious Avocado Smoothie recipe we simply knew we had to share with you. It's quick and easy to make and it's another delicious way to get your avocado kick for the day!
Avo & Friends Smoothie
Time : 5 minutes
Serves : 1
Ingredients
- 50g Avocado
- 1 Banana
- 2cm root ginger
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 200ml mylk/milk
- 25g Steel cut oats
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste for sweetness and add honey if desired.
Tips
Top with chopped nuts, grated coconut or/and cacao nibs
